Pole Play offers private parties for bachelorettes, birthday girls, girl's night out fun, or anyone with a reason to have fun and be sexy!

** Parties run 1 hour in duration and Pole Play can accommodate up to 20 guests for a party.

** A flat rate is applied for a party no matter how few or how many guests you have attend.

• $240 for cash payments
• $250 for checks or money orders
• $260 for credit card payments
• Payments are non refundable and non-transferable to to other services.

** Please have guests arrive on time. A $25 late fee will be applied to any parties that run over the allotted hour. If another event is booked after yours, your party will be cut short if guests arrive late. Please tell guests to leave time to find parking. Hertel is very busy on weekends and parking can be challenging to find, so car pool if possible!

** Please tell your guests to wear workout attire to the party. We dance in socks, bare feet or ballet slippers. No shoes are allowed in the studio. Jewelry is not permitted on the poles. This includes wedding rings! Please have your guests leave all jewelry at home where it is safe.

** For safety purposes, alcohol consumption is STRONGLY discouraged prior to a party, and not permitted in Pole Play during parties. (Please keep in mind that pole dancing, although fun, is a physical workout). Anyone under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted in Pole Play and money will not be refunded.

TO BOOK A PARTY:

1. Pick the day and time you want your party.

2. Email the day and time to chelsea@netscape.net to check for availability. Chelsea will confirm within 1-2 days via email. If you do not hear back within 1-2 days, we did not receive your email, so try again or call 832-0511.

3. Once the day and time are confirmed, pay FULL AMOUNT in cash during business hours Mon. - Thurs. 6-9; with a check/money order made out to Pole Play to 1444 Hertel, Buffalo NY 14216. Include your party date, time, and contact info. with the check so we can confirm payment and booking; or in person or over the phone with a credit card. If you do not receive a confirmation within 5 days, we did not receive your payment OR you did not include your contact info. Please be sure to contact Pole Play if you do not receive a confirmation. Parties will NOT be booked and dates will not be held without a payment in full. All payments made to Pole Play are non-refundable and non-transferable to other services.

4. Show up to your party. The doors will not open until your scheduled time slot.

DURING THE PARTY:

• Pole Play has plenty of space for your guests to change if necessary, and a ladies room.

• Guests will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival. Chelsea needs to be notified if anyone is pregnant!

• We begin the party with a quick warm up. Ladies then choose a pole to dance on. There are 5 poles to share.

• We play around with some strength moves, like climbing the pole, just for fun. The ladies are then taught some sexy dance moves and then a few beginner spins. At the end of the party to put all our pole tricks together and perform a group dance. Time is left to take group pictures at the end. CAMERAS are allowed, so don't forget them!
