What a great class last night! I LOVE that we’re stretching before each class too! I have to do more of that at home. I’m sure you hear this all the time…but your class is amazing! You can tell how much the girls enjoy being there! So many repeat customers! They LOVE IT!!! You’re helping women feel confident and sexy…I can go on and on. Congrats to you! Pole Play classes have definitely changed my life. I’ve been going through a very difficult time due to a divorce. My self-image was at an all time low. I had read a lot of articles on the physical and mental benefits of pole dancing. It seemed just what the doctor ordered to pick up my spirits. And it sure did! I always leave feeling empowered and pretty. I’ve learned so much about myself. By letting my inhibitions go, my self-confidence has soared. After I mastered the “Fireman” spin, I felt like I could conquer anything! Not to mention how lean and mean my body is getting! The ever exuberant Chelsea is a wonderful inspiration. Her strength and beauty, both inner and outer, shine like a diamond. It’s hard not to stare at her! Her patience and kindness make learning fun. But don’t let that fool you that the class is easy. When Chelsea notices that you’ve mastered a trick, she will throw in a something to further challenge you. She believes in you and makes you strive to do and be better.

Amy Dear Chelsea – this is actually something I’ve wanted to do – let you know how much I enjoy your classes – what a great thing you are doing. Besides the obvious physical benefits – strength, toning, flexibility – I think the psychological benefits are far greater, at least for me. I can hardly explain what these classes have brought to my life. I have so much more confidence. I KNOW people can tell the difference because I’ve had people comment on it. They can practically FEEL my confidence. I am happier. I’m amazed at how it has carried over into my every day life as well. I find myself doing household chores in a sexier manner, i.e. bending over to pick up dirty clothes, or unloading the dishwasher.may sound strange, but it feels great. An added bonus is the new friends I’ve made – the support from the other women, encouraging each other as we challenge ourselves in class. Thank you, Chelsea, for doing what you do! Knowing the difference your classes have made in my life, I’m certain you’ve touched others as well. Keep up the great work!! – Nicole

Pole Play dance studio offers everything I have always looked for in a workout, pure, unadulterated fun – oh and don’t forget about the increased flexibility, balance and some pretty amazing muscle toning to boot! I loved the fact that I could get away from the stress of daily life and head into this sanctuary where you can twirl around on the pole like a little kid and work muscles you probably didn’t even know you had! Chelsea always had fun new tricks for us to learn and new ways to challenge us! It was always great bonding with the girls as you cheer over each new trick learned and laugh with each other over the ones that still needed some work!! It was amazing to watch the changes your body went through from week to week as you developed control and strength. It really helped build my confidence and made me enjoy working out again! – Toni

Hey there Chelsea! I had to email you and tell you how much fun I had last night. I was so nervous on my way to the studio and when I left I couldn’t take the smile off of my face. You are an incredibly talented instructor! I think my mouth was hanging open when you were doing your routine. It was AWESOME!!! I can’t wait until next week. I can’t say enough good things about Pole Play! Since I’ve been at pole play I’ve lost 15lbs from the great work out that doesn’t feel like a work out! I want to say some of that weight I lost was just the negative feelings I had about my own body… now I feel more comfortable about my body and with wearing shorts and a tank top than I have in a long time. The girls are great and keep me laughing the whole time. Thanks Chelsea for bringing exercise to the next level! -Erika

My class session at Pole Play was one of the most confidence boosting experiences I had ever had! There is so much emphasis on looks and so many negative self-images out there and I was guilty of feeling not good enough for a magazine cover! Well, I’m not according to today’s “standards” but while I was in the class I felt younger, sexy and not judged! I had so much fun and would go home and practice in my kitchen, still humming the tunes that were blasting in class! Chelsea always made everyone feel hot and like they were the ” it girl”, even if we’re pushing 50!!! – Denise

I just want you to know that I am having a fabulous time — I think this is the best upper body workout that I have found in a long time. I laugh with the girls at work, showing them that I have muscles in my arms now. You definitely make the class fun and enjoyable. – Eddie

I’m 50 years old and my daughter and I wanted to do something fun together so we took Chelsea’s pole dancing class for 9 months, it was great, we had a lot of fun, and we even made to the advanced class. It was a great workout for any one who wants to have nice clean fun and exercise at the same time. I even bought my own pole and we have lots of fun playing on it at home. – Denise

I loved the class at Pole Play. At first I was a little apprehensive. I thought that I would be the only one that didn’t know what I was doing, but that is so not the case! Everyone is at her own level and it’s very comfortable. When I got done with my 8-week session I felt so much better about myself physically and mentally! I felt more attractive, I was more toned physically and I had great upper body strength! I even bought a pole for my house and am currently starting to just get back on it. I had a baby 6 months ago and haven’t been able to keep up on practicing, but I can’t wait to really get back into it and I hope to take a more advanced class in the near future! I believe life is full of experiences that everyone should take a chance on. Then if you like that experience, continue on with it. Thanks for an awesome experience!! Dance class for me has been a great de-stressor since my life is full of many different experiences and stressors. Dancing helps me forget about life for that hour and allows me to let my hair down and have a great cardiovascular workout with muscle strengthening. But more importantly, I look forward to going out with my girlfriend Jill and going dancing downtown!! If feels great to go dancing on a Friday night, and looking confident and sexy when we are dancing at Bada Bing’s. My experience, even though I only took one class, was fantastic. I talk about it to this day and want to go back and take more classes!! The setting that Chelsea creates is warm and inviting and non-threatening. You get a workout, learn some great moves for future use and even a good laugh every once in a while. Every shape and size is seen here and once you start all that is forgotten anyway. It’s a great confidence booster and a muscle building experience. I’d recommend Pole Play for all ages and shapes!!! I know I’ll be back again soon. -Nicole Pole dancing is a great workout that I have incorporated into my routine workouts. It is not an easy task, but a whole lot of fun. Every time I leave the studio, whether it is pole dancing class, open workout, or a workshop, I am happier than when I arrived. Chelsea has done a great job with the studio and the whole experience. It is a warm and welcoming environment. It is interesting to see the apprehension of the new girls and how quickly that fades away. I have nothing but good things to say about Pole Play. Having been a fitness professional for 14 years, I thought I had experienced pretty much everything. Boy was I wrong. Pole Play was fun and an excellent workout. I found some new muscles and my arms had never looked better than when I was on the pole. The workout incorporates so much; strength, grace, endurance, and sex appeal. What a blast!! It never even felt like a workout (until the next day! ha-ha) I miss the classes so much and always spread the word to my Pilates and Cardio/Strength classes. Keep up the good work!! – Thalia

This is Nadine from the very first class you started. Girl you know I had so much fun taking your classes as well as meeting so many cool gals! I took this class as a surprise to my husband and trust me, he was verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry surprised indeed. He was so proud of me cause he never thought in million years I would doing anything of the sort! I couldn’t do a lot of the tricks on the pole but I still had fun and lost a few pounds while at it.
